Weapons
The Duskbloods Weapons Guide
The official pages do not publish a weapon catalogue. The reveal footage supports a few cautious observations about melee attacks, firearms, and unusual mobility equipment, but it does not provide final names, damage values, drops, or upgrade rules.
Current verified status
FromSoftware confirms a multiplayer action game, not a list of weapons. Nintendo’s product summary likewise contains no weapon names, stats, scaling, rarity, upgrade materials, or acquisition paths.
There is no official weapon catalogue yet. That is why this page uses categories and evidence labels rather than pretending to be a finished database.
Observed footage categories
The Fextralife reference page and reveal material show several weapon-like silhouettes. These are observed footage categories; they are not confirmed item records.
- Melee: sword-like and serrated close-range attacks are visible in the trailer.
- Long-reach melee: a large forked or polearm-shaped silhouette appears in footage; its name and moveset are unknown.
- Firearms: pistol- or rifle-like weapons are visible; ammunition, parry rules, and range are unconfirmed.
- Mobility equipment: a small armored figure uses a propulsion device; whether it is equipment, a character ability, or a world object is unknown.
- Occult effects: supernatural attacks appear in footage, but no spell or skill catalogue is confirmed.
What an eventual weapon entry needs
Each launch or test-build weapon record should include the exact in-game name, build/version, attack type, requirements, upgrade path, acquisition evidence, and a note about whether the behaviour was reproduced in a match. A screenshot alone is not enough to establish final stats.
- Do not copy Bloodborne or Elden Ring weapon names into this game.
- Do not assign scaling, status effects, or damage numbers from a trailer frame.
- Keep test-version values separate from release-version values.
Community source boundary
The referenced Fextralife wiki is useful for finding silhouettes and discussion topics, but its weapon descriptions are partly interpretive before release. This guide links it as a community reference and keeps the official-source status explicit.
